As a resident at a Fairfield community, you will be automatically enrolled in the HOME program and begin earning credits the very first month you pay rent!

With the HOME program, there is no extra cost, or increase in the sales price of your new home. All real estate commissions are paid by the seller or builder and you, the buyer, receive a portion of that commission as a credit at closing.

• Negotiating prices on your behalf
